help!

Help!!!! I need to gain at least 5kilos before the medical check-up..!
it's gonna b dz december!, means dat i only hv 5 months left to force myself eating n to finally get a normal weight..[Err btw, r u abnormal aliaa??]ahahaaha..;p
hurm, u might think dat i still hv plenty time to eat, eat n eat but it's not so easy for me. Really!
It's not that i am too choosy [i eat almost everything ok] but im a kinda girl who can easily lose my appetite..eat just a few bites n dat’s it-->full already
I eat lots n lots of chocolates since holiday started but guess wut, i only gained a kilo..hoho..guyz,how to put on some weight huh????

kekeke...baeklah2..tak kutuk2..;P..nak tips ye...
pagi2 mkn berat-cam mee, bihun, nasi goreng, nasi lemak...
pastu tghari-makan yg lauk ayam ngan ikan...
pastu dinner pun sama...
setiap kali sbelum makan sila makan appeton...
setiap kali lepas makan..sila minum susu..
ehe...smoga berjaye...(^_^)
